Bird identification courses and tours in Kent and abroad
The number of places on each session is normally limited to 15.

The fee is payable by cheque, PayPal or direct bank transfer - further details will be supplied at the time of booking.

Terns & conditions apply. To qualify all six sessions must be booked in advance at the same time and attended without cancellation. The total cost will be £100 for the six sessions (a discount of £20 or 20%). In the event of unavoidable cancellation every effort will be made to tranfer the booking to another day session. This will be at the discretion of the course leader and dependent on spaces being available.
Binoculars and a telescope if you have one.
Please note binoculars and telescopes are available to borrow free of charge. Please let the course leader know in advance if you wish to borrow them.
Optional: field guide and note pad
Clothing suitable for the prevailing conditions including waterproofs and adequate levels of insulation. The following are generally recommended: a waterproof and windproof coat, waterproof walking boots or shoes, waterproof overtrousers, thermal under garments if appropriate, gloves, hat and extra warm layers in case the weather changes. An advice sheet on Clothing for Birdwatching will be supplied upon request.
Refreshments. Please bring your own if required. A small daysack may be a good idea for carrying food and drink, especially at those sites where we will be walking some distance from the car park. At some venues it is possible to buy food and drink on site.
No dogs please.
More information regarding the facilties available at the venue will be supplied at the time of booking.
Please contact the course leader as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. A full refund will be given providing sufficient notice is given (normally a minimum of 10 working days) or alternatively, if preferred, a free transfer to another session of equivlanent value - providing there are places available.
Participants attend these courses and tours at their own risk. The course leader does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever or howsoever caused.
